Playground rehabilitaion
During our participation at Hello Wood, it was important for us not only to create a spectacular installation, but also to build a space that would be useful and beloved by the local community. This is why we chose the village’s playground, which was in poor condition and completely unusable at the time. We aimed to involve the children in the design process, visiting the local school several times, and during construction, they also helped us with painting. We complemented the existing play equipment with a fortress-like wooden structure that houses a sandbox.
